At Makeup House, we value both your time and ours. To keep our services running smoothly, the following policy applies to all bookings:

If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking →
You can choose a refund, store credit, or reschedule.

If you cancel 3-7 days before your booking →
Your deposit will be kept by Makeup House, but you may reschedule or receive store credit.

If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking →
Your deposit will be forfeited.
